V3 is still good! But I recommend you use the newer v3.1!
Two versions are available, v3 is the latest version including many new features such as support for Microsoft’s Omnichannel for Customer Service. You can download The USD Accelerator (Unified Client Interface Version) from a link below To help make getting up and running with The USD Accelerator an easy process I have created a packagedeployer. Because of this I do not plan on releasing any future versions of The USD Accelerator!
Before considering USD I do recommend that you review the newer CSW app as that might meet your requirements. Please Note: Unified Service Desk is fantastic tool! But we do now also have the Customer Service Workspace (CSW) app and Omnichannel for Customer Service.
